I was visiting from the UK and caught an eye infection. They gave me an appointment the same afternoon. Nurses and reception staff were welcoming and pleasant, all of them spoke good English. One was particularly fluent and very enjoyable conversation! We were assessed and then seen by the friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced doctor who prescribed an antibiotic/steroid eye drop which instantly started clearing up the infection. The premises are modern and clean to the point of seeming surgically sterile. Very pleasant experience and highly recommended eye specialist for both locals and travellers.

It wasn't the first time I was there today, you come in and you immediately feel really comfortable. Everyone is so nice, it's really pleasant to be with them. Who wants to go to the doctor but it is taken directly from you?

I am 110% satisfied. We have been there several times (despite a longer journey) for check-ups with the children. The whole clinic team is always super nice and not easily upset = A+ Now I have had my eyes lasered there using the Smile pro procedure. The advice from Mr. Klingbeil and the treatment from Dr. Ahlers were excellent. I can only recommend.

Today I had my eyes/sea strength checked for the first time. I don't really like visits like that. The modern and stylishly furnished practice offers a really comfortable ambience. The employees were attentive and super friendly. It was a really warm, authentic atmosphere and it gave the impression that everything was done with joy and passion for the job. Miss Dr. Ahlers really took the time to explain the pictures and measured values with illustrations. I like doctors who explain things to me in a way that I understand. The friendly manner coupled with the competence really convinced me. Thanks for that and I have found my future eye doctor!

Unfortunately, after two phone calls, no positive impression. Since October I have been trying to get an appointment for my daughter who has problems with her eyes. First I was supposed to call in November, now suddenly in December to get an appointment for next year. First orthoptist sick, and now no appointments are being made at the moment. We will now look elsewhere.

Dissatisfied across the board! Tried to get an appointment for 9 months, couldn't get one. Then I went to the optician to have at least the most basic things sorted out. Then at some point I got an appointment where they said the glasses would be sized appropriately. Today about 3 months later I was told that the glasses could be even stronger. Should get an appointment in six months, but it's not possible in the store. Only up to 4 months in advance. So start making phone calls now so that with a lot of luck I can have an appointment in May. Completely impossible!!! One star way too many.

A huge compliment to the entire team! I have rarely felt so comfortable with a doctor - everyone in the practice was extremely friendly and helpful, there was a good mood, which is unfortunately far too rare these days. It doesn't feel like mass processing at all, but everyone took a lot of time. The result of my laser surgery is also perfect! No complaints, great information and support throughout the entire time, even weeks after the operation! Keep it up :)
